hello, not too sure if this is an open project, but i recently converted the latest version of this lens to Nikon F mount for use on a D700. first impressions are that the lens is fantastic in natural light with a very life-like reproduction of colours, but abit less special in artificial lighting. contrast and resolving power are excellent wide open, vignetting and distortion is not an issue. and the lens is really small for a 100mm.
It’s indeed a very small lens for 100mm and even lighter than the 85mm f/1.8. I’m still trying to keep this project going. Hope to take more photos with this lens.
